E-Line: Difference vs E-LAN and V-Line

E-Line is the simplest of the three services: it provides a dedicated, point-to-point Ethernet connection between just two locations. Unlike V-Line or E-LAN, E-Line is strictly one-to-one, so all of the bandwidth is reserved for those two sites—ensuring maximum speed and reliability without sharing.

V-Line: Difference vs E-Line and E-LAN

V-Line sits between E-Line and E-LAN, combining aspects of both. Like E-Line, it is built on point-to-point connections, but instead of serving just two sites, it scales into a hub-and-spoke architecture where many branches connect back to a central hub. This makes it more cost-effective than provisioning multiple E-Line circuits and simpler than a full E-LAN mesh.

V-Line further reduces costs by lowering the overhead of managing multiple ports, while allowing you to support multiple applications over a single interface.
